Newburyport, MA
Newburyport, Massachusetts is the early home in America of Edward "Secretary" Rawson, from whom most of the American family descends. Edward's house apparently still stands on High Street near the intersection with Rawson Avenue, a short residential street with a hospital at one end. It is hard to tell from the outside how much original structure is there. There is a historical marker in the front yard.
